Even though she's created an impact as a solo artist in Sweden, Agnetha Faltskog will always be best remembered as a member of 'ABBA' which is one of the most famous and well-known pop bands of all time. When she left school at age 15 to take on a music career after which she began singing in Bernt Enghardt's group as well as gaining a following. They signed her to a recording contract through Enghardt and her debut album charted in Sweden. Bjorn married her and she became a part of ABBA. ABBA would go on to become one of the biggest pop groups in the world over the course of eight years. They received numerous awards that included gold and platinum across the globe. Her albums came out after ABBA - 'Wrap Your Arms Around Me, Eyes of a Lady', and I Stand Alone,' which were all very successful in Sweden, and also gained recognition in Europe, but not in the U.S. ABBA music served as the foundation for a jukebox show called Mamma Mia!.
